IT Service Management

We have a vast knowledge and experience with evaluating and optimizing processes in IT operation. We use the ITIL framework without seeing ITIL as a bibel. We are very pragmatic in our approach and use combine ITIL with our vast knowledge about the Danish market and the specific situation of our customers. That is IT Service management to us!

While working on optimizing processes we like to add one or more of our software solutions to support the processes. When we talk about the processes in ITL, we use TOPdesk and Capasystems to automate and optimize processes. We use Dezide Advisor and FastPass to allow a high degree of self-service - with an improved service as the result!
