In the implementation it is important for everyone that we hand over as much knowledge as possible about the functionality and possibilities of adaptation of the tools. This is to ensure sustainable solution in accordance with the rest of the infrastructure. Processes When selecting new solutions or exchanging existing tools with new it is a good idea to evaluate the state of the processes. It is almost always possible to optimize the processes simply because the new solution offers new possibilities. We can help you evaluate the existing processes, give advice about ideal processes and simulate how the result of the new processes, and adjust them if necessary. People The most important perspective in the implementation is the people involved. People covers a broad range of perspectives, from the people involved in the implementation to the people who will use the solution on a daily basis and on to the users and customers affected by the new solution.
